Catacombs of Wrath 3 Months, 1 Week ago
Hi all, below are some pics from our gaming session last week where the party explored the Catacombs of Wrath beneath the glassworks they explored last week (pathfinder rise of the runelords). Not overly pleased with the setup as I didn't have the time to put into it I wanted to (wasn't sure where the PC's were going and couldn't setup ahead of time, so I had 30 minutes while they had a snack). But I think it works pretty well considering the time constraints. Also, shows off the versatility of the Game Tile sets in reproducing most any published map.

that is a cool set up. I like your use of the stair pack for the alters. what are the small colored stones(?) in the third pic from the bottom?

I bought the stones at Walmart in the aquarium section about 7 years ago. I think they cost me $1.50 for a almost quart sized bag of misc shapes, sizes, and colors. I use them sporadically for mini basing. Here they represent a pile of rubble. Not the best solution, but they are quick to dump out and easy to scoop back up afterwards as there isn't any sand or dirt mixed in with them.

Glow in the dark stones would be cool.

I'm waiting until I'm near Michael's (craft store in CAD) and don't have anything else in mind to buy so I can use the 40-50% off coupon they usu. have on their website. The stones are $6 for a decent amount, if memory serves... although they are quite large.
