Thank you arsthein and Harneloot! :-)

Have you painted all this stuff?
Yes, with few exceptions. I've bought the chaos barbarians (almost) completely painted on ebay for 50 Cent/piece (!). I did just a few quick additional things to them like base design, blood on weapons etc, minimal stuff.
The giant undead thing was prepainted (from the McFarlane Series I think). The angel and the demon in the last pictures were completely painted birthday gifts from my gamers (we have some wicked mini-painters here). All other miniatures & accessories (except the DF accessories of course) were painted by me.

How do you attach the paintings to the walls?
With double-sided adhesive film. It holds them on the wall for 6-8 hours, then they drop (which is fine, most encounters are over at that point).

Where is the crazy looking statue from in the first picture (of the new series) that is standing over the lava fountain from?
The statue is from Privateer Press (privateerpress.com/warmachine/gallery/the-protectorate-of-menoth/warcasters/harbinger-of-menoth).
I love the mini, but there is really no use in my game for it as a character figure, so I painted it as a statue. I really like result.

And is that a re-painted Frost Titan in one of the pictures?
Yes, the icy design is also perfect for a cool giant dwarven statue (it even has an axe...)

Thank you for sharing and keep them coming, they are beautiful.
Thank you all for the feedback! From know on I will post photos from every game session, it's really fun to share. And I did get so many inspirations from this forum, it was about time to post a few of my setups in return. :-)

Fantastic set up Kronas, Great use of your dungeon accessories, really brings the temple to life.Looks like a fun adventure. I know your group must really enjoy your campaigns. I do have a question on one of your pieces, can you tell me where you got the dragon skull center piece? that you have in your cavern temple entrance. is it from a model? a mini? .Have fun unleshing the prince on the heroic fools that try to stop him.

Thank you crazy herald, Thraug, Lucaswaj and rydendragons! :-)

Our game night was a full success story-wise and fun-wise. They rescued the seer and no one even died (though they did come close several times).
I really can't imagine playing D&D without DF anymore. It's just too awesome with it.

wheredid you get all those great props? Are they all Thormillian?
The accessories are from Grendel, DF, Thomarillion, some doll house accessories, some came as a bonus with miniatures.

can you tell me where you got the dragon skull center piece?
Thats actually the helmet of a figurine from the McFarlane Series. (www.spawn.com/toys/product.aspx?product=3492).
It's a realy cool piece to use with DF and the "mini" does not cost much these days. The actual figurine can also be used as a huge giant, so it's a win/win to have it in the game.
My players asked me the same question about the dragon skull and when I showed them the McFarlane figurine they just screamed "put it away!" three times. So i will definitely use it in the future. (*evil smile*)

Kronos!

Wow! Fantastically beautiful layout! Especially love the Paintings! So many Kool accessories, I am jealous! I need to find time to paint some of the drawer fulls of unpainted stuff I have traded for over the decade+...

Really sweet layout, and thank you so much for patiently detailing where all the minis are from...

Looking forward to your next layout!

Thank you very much, Stefan! I'm glad you like it. :-)

And thank you so much for Dwarven Forge!!!!!!
One can actually feel the endless hours of thoughts and devotion you put in every single set. Without DF our games wouldn't be half as much fun as they are now.
