E-Arkham,

Thanks for the Tip... And I Suppose this Additional Heating Method Could Work for any of the Above as Well... I'll Have to Try...

Currently When I Get a New D&D Fig (With the Inevitable Bent Sword/ Spear/ Staff), I Take A Deep Breath, Hold the Fig in my Mouth and Exhale on the Deformed Mini very Slowly... Then I Bend the Offending Bit back into Shape... The Fig Comes Out with a Wrinkled Nose, and I Do Not Reccomend this For the Old Led Miniatures, but it is a Fix that will Get me Home, Since Likely the Box was Opened Before Leaving the Comic Book Stores Parking Lot and No one Could Expect Less any way Right?...<Grin>...

Well, I don't care much for those plastic minis that WoTC is putting out. Most of them don't look like the monsters IMHO.

I Dunno... I Think that there is not too bad an assortment so Far... Issues I Have are Availability of Useful Pieces... I want like 10 of Each Kind of Undead, Not 10 Lemure or Some Other Oddball Critter that I Really won't likely Use... Let alone 10 of 'em...<Chuckle>... Some of the PC/NPC types are Pretty Nifty... Especially the Elves, and the Spellcasters... Not Enough Halfling Variants for my taste of Course, But Several Interesting Rogue/ Thief/ Monk Kinda Figs...

Besides being plastic, grrr, I don't like the idea of them being in random sets. But what does one expect from a company that brought us Magic the Gathering?

I Dug Magic When it First Came out... The Original Beta Sets... Before anyone was Making Custom Decks it was Fun... Frustrating too at times because everything was a Random Luck of the Draw and the Odds favored Dumb Luck as Much as Strategy... But It Got Silly Quick at which Point I Promptly Sold my Decent Collection And Trippled my Invested Cash... And Of Course Never Looked Back... But with The D&D (And I Do not mind Plastic so Much), At least they are Useful for more than Just Collecting or any one Particular Game... Just Wish there was a Better Local Secondary Market arounf here...
