Excellent set with very detailed photos.

I love the windows. I have been looking in this forum for conversions, and I have yet to find out how
people are cutting into the resin. I can make guesses at ways ranging from a dremel or flexshaft to a
heated metal tool I have (butane torch with accessories). But before I hack into one of my df pieces
(even a simple one), I would like to hear how others do it. I am sure I could cut it but I am concerned
about cracking it if I use the wrong tool and also doing a lot a damage to the paint so it is not just a touch
up.

Would you mind telling me how you cut out the frame for the windows?

Thanks

Actually jkratzer gave me some good tips on cutting resin in another thread so never mind unless you want
to post it for anybody else. I find it amazing that you can do all this while recovering from the hurricane.
I sure could not have when I was out of my house for 6 months from tornado damage (see my reply
in your pipe dreams post). I would like to know where you got some of those lovely accessories
(especially the stuff in the kitchen like the stove and fireplace). Are they Grendel or did you convert them
from something too?

I hope things continue to go well for you and that you can get you house fixed soon.

OK never mind on that question too. I found it. Ral Partha Europe. I can't believe they are still alive (about 55% of my miniatures are Ral Partha Lead). I saw the kitchen set up in their resin line and I am placing an order today.

Thanks for all the cool photos.

IO,

Your remarkable attention to detail leaves little opportunity for guesswork, yet opens everything to the imagination.

Once again, a truly amazing setup!

IO,

I can only add my own humble praise to what has already been said. I particularly liked the fox and the hound on the fireplace mantle - brilliant visual storytelling, at all levels. The fireplace, the window and door conversions, the ale in the wall, all wonderful. Thanks for sharing.

It's not a dungeon. It's an Underground Fortified Defense Installation.
