Re: One of the elephants… DF CBS blockiness
... I've personally found that the design of the posts with the V-groove are highly problematic as they pretty much negate any structural integrity that corner posts in an actual structure (ie. the frame) would provide. The V-grooves were an utter mistake, IMO. How do you change that?... if scalega...

Re: One of the elephants… DF CBS blockiness
To the point of this thread, I do agree that I find the blockiness to be a bit of a stumbling block (pun intended). I think it's moreso because I have also struggled with proper interior builds since the single T-connector doesn't allow for enough versatility and ease-of-use (some here may recall my...

Re: Did we actually get a reason for scale-gate?
I would tend to say that this whole issue with all the post hoc explanations for the scale differences sounds far more logical and reasoned than it likely ever was at the time. In other words, far more time and effort to this point has been spent in trying to construct a lot of reasoning and meaning...

Re: Wanted: LED lantern posts
Hello! Yes, we are interested in unpainted as well as painted. Please let us know how many you are ok to part with, and for how much. Will do. Sorry, it's been real nice here lately up in the Far North, as William puts it , and so I've not spent much time at the computer nor in the mess that i...

Re: Crystal Battery Life
The loose battery in the top picture is the dead one from the original shipment made by SUYUMAX. Ok, so that's the same as the ones I have... I found a nice breakdown online so I didn't have to take a pic of mine. 6mb-b07fchhk42_3.jpg L# = LEDs (obviously) R# = Resistors C# = capacitors AKTOY-28B =...

Re: Crystal Battery Life
Yes, there's a remote and embedded LEDs inside of walls, no sockets. We've had embedded LEDs before and the battery life was fine (Shrine of Sysuul). My guess is that it's something to do with the remote capability. Yes, in my experience with remote controlled RGB LEDs, you are correct. The IR comp...
