Re: Biscuit System and Original Cities

Sounds great. For the legacy CBS folks, I hope consideration is given to offering a "new walls & new pegs" pack without repeats of the redone walls from the original CBS. Yes, please. I would have bought a lot more, spent more in Lowtown IF more consideration was given to not making m...

Re: Banister Corner Post

Y'all have added one more complicating THING to my CULT buy. I'm not getting any sets, just buying a la carte. The 2.5% savings isn't worth the bother of hassling out which sets (Districts, whatever you call 'em) get most of what I need...and have the least waste. Basing CULT on the packets rather ...

Re: PM on May 2

First, I think there is always a lull on the forums after a KS. Second, more and more, I can't make a real decision during the KS. So, I've stopped trying and really only pay attention during the PM. It isn't out yet, so I'm not even thinking about calculating. During the KS, I simply throw a rough ...

Re: City Builder Basics seem larger than Dungeon Pieces?

The 1" scale also works well with most of the other commercial tiles that are available. The Wizkids tiles for example, buildings, dungeons and streets, so there is that (But there is a small height difference.) Yep. The move TO 1" scale was the right one. It was maintaining the "und...

Re: City Builder Basics seem larger than Dungeon Pieces?

I understand making the wall and post system the same (though I do not understand the need to change scale back in KS3 especially sewers) and I recognize my imperial system error 1/32 not 1/16 so 8 tiles 1/4". But it seems absolutely crazy for the cities untold basic pieces to not match dungeo...

Re: Free Standing Walls vs Wood Starter for component pack only pledge

Freestanding walls have been a bust IMO ever since KS1. They constantly fall down at my table.

I'll be happy to sell everyone I end up acquiring, if I do. I'll be going out of my way to not have any. Ok, ok... I may end up keeping one... to use as a wall that an ogre busted down or something.

Re: Lowtown MVPs?

For a different perspective, my top three MVPs are: 1) Attaching stretch goals to dollars spent instead of specific packs or encounters. This is so much more equitable, for so many reasons, that I am stoked. 2) Using component packs to create Landmarks and Districts! This will be so much simpler for...

Re: Wood Post Filler

Sure wish they would come out with some flat/sculpted interior posts, made only for joining straight walls without intersecting 90* walls. Or, without one of the V-grooves, just an end cap post or a double post without the 90* intersecting wall V-groove. :? Yah, those would be a great piece. Could ...

Re: Adventures in DF Gray

By the way, I have difficulty communicating because I had a stroke in Broca’s area, the part of the brain that controls speech. 2/8/2021 but I lived again. (My wife helped me compose this.)
