Nice build, agreed that the stump topper instead of a tree top is a nice touch. See that all the time in old growth forest (what's left of it anyway).
Great to see you back in action.

Re: April Update
Should I get these? It's 400 bucks for the set - leather bound, etc.Tolkiens-Classics-0193-1.jpg wait, what forum is this again? ;) Leather is nice when you can get it. I prefer this edition which is broken down by the individual books. Easier on the go and in the hand. 20210516_153547__1621204821_...

Time zones make it hard to compete. If Pacarat changes his mind, I'd go for the walls and rivers set.

Re: Oldent
Yay, now give the man a glue gun and a foam cutter and he'll be back in no time.
I am glad to hear he is recovering, slow and steady.

Re: Rampage Dungeon Kickstarter
https://www.instagram.com/p/CMPw3T2B7wW/ A neat 2-story build combining AOD with wizkids tudor walls. The build would be hard to do with DF without clips. As an aside he has lots of sample builds combining wizkids, DF, AOD, MFC, and Galldoria, among others. If you ignore all his marketing there are ...

I hope he recovers!
Ventilator is bad news with COVID.
We need him to recover, we can't lose that walking crafting trove.

Re: The Returned New D&D 4E Campaign
They should have talked to a mathematical statistician, we could have come up with some really fun distributions. What about really high variance dice, where for an n-sided die, draw n-numbers from 1 to n with replacement. On average the population of dice has a uniform distribution from 1 to n, but...

Re: The Returned New D&D 4E Campaign
Technically, those are not high variance dice, those are bi-modal dice. Which is even scarier.
Edit: Comparing outcome distributions one could characterize those as "Hit or Miss" ie the 4-sided die is a coin flip, and all the other dice distributions are pushed toward binary.
