Re: HOme Depot 4x4 Floors
Dropped by my local Home Depot the other day and found the free Allure samples! I grabbed one each of several to bring home and see how they worked. Looks like I will be going back to pick up a few more. A few of you were asking for photos and none have appeared yet so I thought I would give it a tr...

Re: 2x2 City building tiles to match the 4x4 floors.
I am sort of a noob here... I got involved as I stumbled across KS3 while browsing through popular items on Kickstarter. I have been playing role playing games for... 30ish years (off and on) and had never heard of Dwarven Forge before I saw this kickstarter (some of you saw my comments about this a...

Re: 1/2 Height Corner Posts
To answer your actual question... I think they are intended to hold the railings.

Re: 1/2 Height Corner Posts
They can be used as a railing inside a building to separate two rooms.
They can be used in a multi-floor building interior where an upper floor overlooks a lower floor (no floor so can see down below).

Re: Braziers
I had envisioned the braziers being used outside the entrance to a temple... or in a temple courtyard. Wasn't sure what other use they had in the context of city building. Large dungeon chambers would be awesome! I may have to rethink skipping over those now...

Re: How useful are the Double Posts?
I'm not sure we have even seen an actual double post. Just concept art. So... how will it actually work? I dunno. That was just how I understood it would work... several questions were posted in the comments area, but I don't think clear answers have come back yet. Kryzsko, again, as I understand it...

Re: Of Walls & Towers
I saw this question in Jenny Os list a while back... With their hand made prototype pieces they said it was pretty stable to 8 levels. I believe they also expect the final pieces (all exactly the same size and well fitted) might go higher. So how tall do you want to go? For maximum stability, each f...

Re: How useful are the Double Posts?
As I understand it, the double post takes the place of two corner posts when joining two walls in a line. Hence it's name... So instead of using two corner posts in the middle of wall that it two floor sections wide, you can you use one double post. The double post has a single 90 degree coming off ...

Re: Corner Posts
geekjeff's idea is workable, but I think it is beyond my skill level to accomplish. Perhaps someone with more talent than I can muster could come up with corner and end posts to use inside the buildings? I think an even better idea is for someone to come up with stable free standing walls, half wall...
