Just wondering if DF Europe is still alive. Considering it's too much expensive to order to the USA and now the UK where Thod was selling products of this trademark, the fact we have great alternative solutions in Italy (now with the incredible KS of Boar Games after the Dungeonext talented creator)...

I'm doing my website about dungeon crawls and 3D scenery again.
I include Dwarven Forge set of course !
But I'm updating the pages and ... where's the mm045 et mm046 sets ?
Did I miss something ?

As far as I remember, the last resin sets were sold on a preorder system and it was working good. Just prepare a listing of all sets and simply fullfill the forms once customers sent it back until the deadline specific date and that's done. You're sure to sell and handle customer's desires. Right no...

I'm in for the preorder system. You can plan the purchase, save money and that's better. I got 2 mails in my box about a restock but there's nothing excepted "sold out" items when I visit the shop ! I wanted a ROTA 4" intersection at 25$ but ... nothing ! And people are selling this 1...

Oh and then in July, there are again changes to how VAT will be handled for Europe: https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/b ... ommerce_en The worst news of the day ! I just checked the law and damn : everything will be charged even orders less than 26€ ! So now ... well, even if I needed some clas...

Now, even if you order by boat (1 month +) you cannot escape to the VAT at july 1st.

Just got an email of DF talking about a restock.
I go to the shop and every resin set or special piece is sold out.
Why they have deleted the preorder button ?
"email me" is not a solution. I have few time when i go back at home and it's always the same thing.

Unfortunately, Dwarven Forge doesn't ship anymore with the classical postal service by ship (6 weeks). So it means everytime you order, they pass it to UPS and your package will be declared to the french custom services. Since there's is no UPS in Europe, LA POSTE will take your package under Chrono...

The campaign is finished. They have nearly reached the 2 last stretch goals. I didn't support it since I have no interest in playing an english boardgame. Postage & package fees, customs + wasted translation time + printing all the cards and the character sheets to a professional = too expensive...
