I am going to guess that Plaguestone gets shipped out before they are even finished with ALL of KS6 at this rate. That KS6.66 takes until 2021 to really ship due to the numerous issues with casting and painting the lava to make it close to what was shown (after they get so much feedback on how Under...

Now that is one serious castle. Of course, my players would insist on entering secretly on the eighth floor somewhere in the middle of the structure. Have to remember to make my builds more playable for encounters and unpredictable players than really impressive dioramas that drop jaws to the floor.

A couple of more points to consider: A running KS that has the chance to evolve over the course of the campaign and react to items deemed popular or items that are considered disappointing in chat or the forums is a great benefit to DF. This lets them make changes to future updates or to modify on t...

I picked up another pair, just because, and of course, had to grab some more goodies at the same time. There were some Small Tower Battlements and Batter Bases that I found I was "needing" last time I built a castle/fortification. Added some more alleys as well.

I was playing around last year with some streets and sewers and bridges to just try stuff out. I do have a large 5' x 10' play area so the need for alleys is by choice, not by space. Moving minis in an alley location can be tight for larger hands if the adjacent buildings are more than a single stor...
It is also really helpful to be able to rationalize your overspending as "an investment" "Have you seen what these are going for on the secondary market??? Anytime i want i could get rid of my entire collection for nearly twice what i paid for it!" Logical fallacies here are: a) I never sell anythi...

Absolutely agree on getting them painted. Enough other terrain needs to be painted that I just will not make the time to also paint thousands of DF tiles. For one thing, painting the same style tile 30+ times would drive one crazy!!

Nice market. Did you paint the terrain/minis or were those from various prepainted sources. I think I recognize a few of the stalls and vendors. Now we just need the characters riding a runaway wagon into the market for the classic spilled food carts and vendors bemoaning their fates.
Commenting here would only open them up to further micromanagement. This is an excellent summary, IMHO. Agreed, also the winds of the tariff war change so fast that something they say on Monday might be moot by Monday night, so there is little point until something is actually shipping or actually ...
