Re: It’s late July! It’s late July!

I didn't really forget the exclusives, they just don't factor for me. I have not seen one yet that I ordered or wanted. They are pretty specific niche items and I tend to buy "bang for your buck" pieces I can use as often as possible. A Doom Portal I might use one time ever in a game is less appeali...

Re: It’s late July! It’s late July!

I missed all previous KS before CD, but have never had issues getting whatever I want through the web store, and that makes the KS a difficult sell for me. My current thinking is that KS6.66 might be the last KS I participate in. I'll end up paying 10-15% more at retail for future sets, but I'll get...

Re: Poll of these options which will keep your KS7 wildlands pledge smaller

I would have chosen all three. I can't really sustain multi-thousand dollar purchases of game terrain every 6-9 months. Storage is getting tight; I'm already planning a major hobby room redesign. I have options for most outdoor terrain. I'll reserve judgment until I see it, but if there is one KS I ...

Re: Wizkids Falling Star ship

I have two 3d printers and I like them a lot. Versatility is the advantage. I don't see cost as a real advantage to printed over purchased terrain. That math only works out if you value your print, assembly, and paint time at zero. The reason I'll keep buying pre-painted DF is my hobby time is not i...

Re: It’s late July! It’s late July!

Question: Why is DF only shipping one container a month? A standard shipping container ain't much product on a multi-million dollar Kickstarter.

The only reason I can see is they are shipping containers as fast as the factory can fill them, which is apparently slowly.

You are really going to buy $30-50k worth of product to get water tiles? That's commitment. Crazy, but... commitment. 😆

Re: Tree Houses

Ewoks .... Noooooooo!!!!!! If they pop their 'dead behind the eyes' heads out we will get all Lagomorphic on their fake furry behinds. Thats a 'No' from the Lagomorph Judge. Two things about Ewoks that are very easy to miss. (1). They’re bad ass. Sure, the costumes reflected the limitations of the ...
