Re: Last minute jitters

Maybe DF will consider letting people add terrain mats or trays to their orders when they re-open the PM for the resin pieces ? I mean, the mats/trays don't require time-consuming to produce molds such as the dwarvenite pieces do, and DF has not fully resolved the "texture situation" yet... That wo...

Re: Last minute jitters

So are all the 'mats' textured?

So in Sorrow Isle there are 4 Water Mats,

But the only mats we find in add-ons were Texture Mats. So are they the same?

Re: KS8 (or 9) - Cities expansion - what would you do?

The big difference between MFC buildings and DF buildings is weight. DF will weigh so much more that lifting floors bigger than 8x8 will not be an easy exercise, especially with minis and furniture. To use trays you need to get hold of them somehow to lift them, there have been a few proposed soluti...

Re: Grids the final word ...... ?

... I personally think once DF made the move to gridded in the pledges the writing was on the tombstone for grid-less sales in this KS. This was our feeling and somewhat confirmed by Nate on last nights OtA where we asked if they would provide griddless in the future. Nate replying that they would ...

... 1. Connect them from the sides (ex: paired pegs / clips). This one I think works the best, although not sure how I feel about clipping a bunch of tiles together. This is why I avoided warlock tiles. However, with 4x4 tiles there are far less to clip. Backwards compatibility takes a small hit he...

Re: Grids the final word ...... ?

The good thing to come out of this, is the transparency of how many want gridless and gridded. All this vocal minority is bogus (insert more adult words here if you wish), its about asking why change the way you treat TTs in this KS as compared to the previous 3. Being in a vocal minority is not a b...

Re: The smallest Wildlands pledge????

I truly fear for the future of the company in the medium-long run, and envision the crew disbanding and ending up in other bigger companies, which is a prophecy that I dislike and makes me nervous (although it very well may end up being positive for them and/or the market/hobby, I don't have a clue...

Re: Post your pledges here!

Just caught up on this - phew! So the indecisiveness of choosing and the sharp pain of paining has been done - dont list to LostPict ;) Now the dull ache of waiting begins ..... its going to be a long year, Dice and ourselves can start to argue/discuss who will be last to receive our Wildlands. But ...

Re: Swamp protruding root question

It is funny what you can be blind too. KS4 crenellations - Absolutely no use for those, well except for elevated bridges, wished we had worked that out before the end of the KS. Still, you live and learn. Protruding roots, honestly we envisaged banging anything that fits on them :) We are not buildi...
