ancient chinese architecture?? 9 Months, 2 Weeks ago
Ive a serious fondness of psionics. I've been plotting a setting where magic is something street performers do but isn't real and never was. There are several monstrous races but no one had ever seen a mind flayer untill their alien race teleported thousands of them there in search of something (their master Cthulhu). Their arrival awoken psionic power amongst the races of the world. Anyway Im picturing the setting as oriental. Does anyone know where I can find this type of terrain?

Most oriental gaming terrain trends to feudal Japanese -- hope that's okay.

Then there's this.

Tyvm! The second link had the exact type of stuff I'm looking for. Didn't have everything, but was a great starting point

Glad to help.

I hope that in the future we might see modular wood and paper walls from DF for Japanese-style architecture, as well as brick and plaster for Chinese-style architecture. I think those two would make a good kickstarter, in either Dwarvenite or resin.

Hit the aquarium aisle too. A lot of aquarium decor is asian themed.

Actually jackattack, that first site you listed has exactly what I'm looking for. When I first viewed it, I could only view pics of the product though, so I thought maybe they were out of production. To my satisfaction I'm now realizing that they just finished their KS and are about to offer them for the first time:)

Renaissance Miniatures does have some good looking stuff. I plan to buy some later. I wish I had gotten in on the KS, but my money wasn't ready then.

If DF does oriental inspired stuff I will be interested.

My players rue the day I bought "Dragon Mountain". Ever since they give every creature a bit more respect. You never know when the GM will decide that this group is crafty...

found some cool stuff here too. renaissance miniatures has more to choose from but these are cheaper and appear to be just as nice. selections not as good but the pagoda is pretty sweet. they're made from PVC and resin. I notice rm's are made of plywood. ive no xp with plywood and am cautious to buy it. is this justified or is it just something I need to get over?
