There are a couple things I think can be improved on the website.

First, I placed an order a couple days ago and tried to track it with the link given to me in the confirmation email. This brought me to a login page with my email address already supplied as the username. I went ahead and typed in my password -- and lo! Back to the login page without any explanation. I could only assume I typed in the password incorrectly, so I tried it again, this time very deliberately. Same result. Without any "error message" to tell me what had happened, I was at a loss. I looked around for a "forgot your password?" type link, but there was none to be found.
Ends up (stupid me, really) that I'd placed the order without actually registering at the DF site, so there was no way I could log in. I tried creating an account, and boom, everything seems fine.

My suggestions:
1) Allow there to be "error messages" that actually explain an incorrect password or, as would have helped me, an unknown user name. If I made a purchase without registering, then I'm sure other people have too, and they might run into the same confusion when it comes to tracking their order.
2) A "forgot your password?" type link at the login page would also be really helpful for people who truly do forget their passwords.

Now, once I did register, the site brought me to a "Your Completed Orders" page. As I said, I'd placed an order a couple days earlier, but according to your site, I'd never placed an order. Confused, I looked briefly for a "Your Placed But Not Yet Completed Orders," thinking that might be the key to what I needed. Alas, 'twas to no avail.
Ends up, the text used in listing my order was black -- the same color as the page background. Come on, guys, that's some basic stuff. You can't expect a customer to be able to see his order when the text is black and so is the background. I had to Select All just to figure out what was going on.

My suggestions:
3) Change the color of the text on the "Your Completed Orders" page so that it's able to be read.

Also, once in this "member area," I noticed three links at the bottom of the page: View Wishlist, View Cart, Shopping. You've left out two fundamental member area links: user settings and log out.

My suggestions:
4) Implement a User Settings type link so people can change their ship-to addresses, passwords, email addresses, whether they want updates about their orders, etc.
5) Implement a Log Out link for those of us who are worried about people making purchases with our information under our usernames. This is basic stuff, guys.

Alright, that's about it. Other than this, the website is pretty user-friendly. Hope this helps you guys tweak it.

It might be a good idea for you to put a go-back button on the Forum page that pops you back to the main DF. page. This would help me look up and use product codes In my description to others.

My 2 cents

Whoops, I just noticed that this has been implemented. My bad.

Jeez, I'm retarded. You have that up already, too.
