customer service 8 Months ago  
I placed an order nearly 2 weeks ago. The total was nearly $800 which is a good chunk of money to me. I have not received my order or any tracking info. I've tried to contact customer service like a dozen times and have received no response. I know you guys are busy with the next KS, but that is no excuse to ignore prior obligations. When I make an order this size with any other company, there is someone there to help me if I need it. Perhaps these game tiles have given your company the good fortune of growth and its time to hire someone to help out. Something needs done because this is unacceptable.

I stand by my suggestion of hiring help, but I'd like to update: Jeff did finally get ahold of me with the info I needed. He had been out of town
