What timezone does your BB software think it is? Somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean, seems like. 8-)

True. I had to set my personal time zone to something far removed from Eastern Daylight Time, just so I'd be in sync for my posts. I have no idea why they did it, but using a little Kentucky windage with the time zones worked for me.

On this forum, the forum is telling me it is 0:00 when it is 17:30 local.
Anyone have an idea of why this forum screws up your local time choice?

Doug, could you please fix the problem?!?

Oops. The timezone was set to +9.5 which is the Darwin, Austrialia area. Its now set to -9 which is the timzone this server thinks it resides (it must not be doing the daylight savings time adjustment cause the server is in the Pacific timezone, -8)

Everyone sing with me: "lets do the timewarp again!"

Your local timezone should now work. You can set it using the "Profile" link at the top of the page (mine was defaulted to +9 -- someone really must like Austrialia)

Doug -

Of course, it helps when the individual user remembers that he is in -5 time zone, not +5!
DUH!
NOW I know why my entry times were always so screwed up!

Thank you Doug.
It really is less stress inducing to be in-sync with one's actions.
