No water pack(s)? :)

Seriously though, that's a lot of chasms. Remember you get some free in the stretch goals. You'll already have 10 of each piece.

Also, one Cavern Paint Pack should do it, according to people who painted the original game tiles sets. MAYBE 2, but not 3.

I was thinking the 3 chasm sets would replace the 2water/2lava sets I would have gotten, and will be painted to match. Im thinkin I will lay down colours cellophane under the chasm.
Thoughts?

I have never painted before, don't REALLY know how far it goes, so I got 3
1 for 10 base sets
1 for add ons, which looks to be about the same
1 extra...cause I don't want to run out, and its free shipping.

I think that's a good number, since they are replacing rivers and lava pieces. Also making bridges across chasms eats up edge pieces real quick.

I pledged three basic sets, and went for two chasms and three rivers. I might've overdone the rivers, but there's just something about the design I can't resist...

1 comment and 1 question:

I admire you going with the chasms and eschewing the water caverns. I almost did that too; If I'd had more monetary restrictions, I definitely would have, but I couldn't resist nabbing a couple water caverns packs for quick water setups and accenting dungeons/caverns when needed.

Just curious as to what piece or pieces in the Wicked Caverns set made you opt to pick up 3? Your caverns are going to be extremely wicked apparently!

my guess would be the burrows and the transition piece. That piece could go several different places... You may be swimming in the waterfalls, but you might be able to trade some if you find you have too many....

I almost wish my pledge was still open to go back and get a second WA... that and I keep kicking myself that I might want another dungeon passages set 1,2,3.... here's to hoping that they do show up in the DF shop and that they don't sell out super quick...

Once I saw how cool the open space with coloured cellophane for water looked...I was sold. I plan on doing some sweet huge set ups with those chasms.
The only thing...How will I live without those 4inch archways in the water packs???

And the wicked additions I was thinking going 2, but I went for 3 because...
Those burrowed layers are SWEET! 6 hidden areas sound about right in a cavern.
6 big stalagmites sounded right...I don't have the stalag pack.

I plan on going big with elevation, and with all those chasm pieces for water areas, I will was thinking 3 double high water falls.

I still have not locked in though!!!
