Sad to report I'm double-booked at work, and just getting beat up. The next few weeks are a mess.

However...

By the time Stefan gets the prototypes of the new Wicked Editions pieces, I should have freed up. Maybe I'll go over to his studio and shoot him unveiling all the new pieces for you guys.

That would be fun to see, right?

Nate,

Also in a previous post you had mentioned a yet-to-be released piece that allowed the two bridge pieces to be used as an "extra long" bridge. Does that piece allow the overhang seen in the pictures? Otherwise I dont know how you got the bridges to stay without falling? (Maybe that adhesive you mentioned?)

Sorry, I missed this question somehow.

For the extra-long bridge, we took two regular bridges and jury-rigged them together.

I used a gummy adhesive, kinda like clear Blu-stik but much stickier. It's from Staples, and is sold as a poster adhesive (I'll find the packaging and post a link if you'd like).

I stuck two tabs of the adhesive on the back of a prototype ledge piece that didn't end up getting released (Stefan resculpted it to be cooler), and jammed it under the ends of the two bridges.

It held up really well. Was hard to get apart actually. Would work fantastic on Dwarvenite I think.

Ultimately, you could use anything underneath to join two of them.

I'm sure someone will mod two together and make a really cool long bridge. Maybe add some longer stalactites? Looking forward to seeing what people come up with.

That would actually be awesome. I love Stefan's childlike glee at seeing his own work come back to him. He is as excited as we are to see it and that is very cool.

Paying work comes first (gotta support your addiction somehow...) but any bone you can through us would greatly help calm the shakes we are all feeling (Dwarven Forge Tremens) waiting for November

Talked to the gang today, and we are planning a few bits of video content to roll out over the coming months.

Just a few little things to showcase the newest pieces. Something to keep everyone excited as we all count off the days until November.

The big hold-up (besides my job) is actually waiting for the newest pieces.

But don't worry, Stefan & Jeff are like scheming DMs, constantly dreaming up new ways to keep their players entertained. It may be a long campaign, but it'll be an enjoyable ride, with a great payoff.
