There are severL threads that have discussed storage here on the forums. Ive posted how I and others store my large miniature and DF collection. You might want to do a search for our previous threads as there is a lot of useful information.

@ Duncan_and_Dragons, I love those cases.
I was considering the Really Useful Boxes, But I think I like these more!

Questions:
- How many sets can you fit per box?
- Have you experienced any bending/warping of the boxes due to weight?
- Are those dividers stable, or do they start moving around with time?

I think a box fits one set with freebies. I got two sets, freebies, the Chamber of Sorrows, and the stairs, floors, windows and accessories add-ons. In three full boxes I got the two base sets plus freebies and then the add-ons sets The Chamber of Sorrows tiles fill half of a fourth box. The large floor tiles actually go into the yellow tool box (which happens to fit two containers.) Four boxes would fit into your canvas tote. However, it is HEAVY. I would guess 30 lbs.

The dividers seem stable and i don't expect warpage (but i have not had them for long). This just seems like a good solution if you want little bit of organization and only have a small amount of tiles.

For my regular Dwarven Forge, I use a set of Gladiator rolling tool boxes in the garage. This is just for my Game Tiles for when I go mobile.

The Alex cabinet from Ikea was discussed on the Kickstarter forum quite a bit which I really liked. However like many others I do not live near an Ikea and their shipping prices are expensive. I decided to look around for something similar and found the Winsome Halifax cabinet. It appeared to be a narrower and taller version of the Alex. I purchased one and I am pleased with it. I thought I would share as there seemed to be a fair bit of interest. This is my 3 sets of game tiles plus stretch goals and 3 add-ons from the first Kickstarter. I believe I will have enough room left to accommodate my caverns when they arrive.

Thanks for that, bhall.

I had my brother look around for the Alex units in Southern Ontario as they have several Ikeas around there and he's always travelling around since he's a road inspector. Anyways, he couldn't find any more so I've been stuck to find an alternative. It looks like your solution might work for me.
