Storage for Dwarventile Game Tiles 6 Months, 1 Week ago
We talk allot about storage, but not about game tile storage. Admittedly, it is not as important. They are not fragile and they can just be shoved in a bag, but when you allot of anything, it usually makes sense to organize.

I found a plastic Flambeau case that works pretty well. Now that I know both the Dungeon and the Cavern tiles are based on 2"x2" this container will work for me. It has adjustable dividers and four 2.25" wide rows that can hold the 2"x2" tiles well. Ten tiles walls or six corners to a row plus some extra room.

The flambeau part number is 430008. Flambeau also has a expandable building box that has a case on top and the ability to add two or more of the cases underneath.(part 13900-2) Flambeau also has a five case unit. (part 8500JT).

Here are some pics of my game tiles in Flambeau Infinite Containers.

These pictures are a closed container; then a container full of wall and corner units.

This container has all the weird shaped pieces. Finally, you can fit four of these containers in the kickstarter carrying bag. (It show two, but it fits four).

Here are some pictures of the Expandable Storage Box. I bought one of these because the larger box on top can hold my big items like floor tiles. The bottom containers can be increased by 'attaching" additional containers on the bottom.

There is also a five container design it you are not planning on being mobile.

Thanks. I will look into this for my Game Tiles. I have alot of master maze resin sets but they are too heavy and bulky to travel with.

@Duncan and Dragons would you maybe post a link for that I keep trying to google it but can't find anything like it with the add to it yourself feature. I work at Michael's arts and crafts and they have this Uq@OCQAABYNrITzN:20140415224636:s" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">www.overstock.com/Crafts-Sewing/Scrapbooking-Organizers/19139/subcat.html?gclid=CP2UipTJ470CFTMV7AodYi0ATA&featuredproduct=8123247&cid=202290&kid=9553000357392&track=pspla&ef_id=Uq@OCQAABYNrITzN:20140415224636:s
I want to get it for my Bones minis and this week they are 40% off plus I can use my employee discount for an additional 30% off so it ends up being a really good price. But if I could get one that expands when I want it I would consider getting that one!

This is what I use for my Game Tile storage.

Hefty 52-Quart Underbed Tote with Latching Lid

It holds 5 sets, plus stretch goals and 4 add-on packs (2 floor pack, 1 diagonal walls, 1 curved walls)

It fit width-wide under a twin bed and leave space for up to 3 more …. Which I will need when I get my caverns order.

Only annoying thing is fully loaded it is about 25 lbs and I need to haul it out when we game

@Crimson: How is it going? other than jonesing for Caverns. :)

Lol, now this is all messed up!

Anyway, my wife wants small containers that will fit on a 17" shelf so I am going to need a lot of them for my Master Maze. I think the 11 liter Really Useful Boxes is what we may settle on.
