Well, this is quite a gathering! Welcome to all the new people here... and I guess that includes me, so welcome to myself too! :)

Thank you to all the veterans of the DF forum for your warm welcomes. I've been eagerly perusing the forum and drooling over all your great dungeon set-ups and storage ideas.

Yes, it is addicting, and I must admit that as a result I've already strayed from the Dwarvenite path... I just ordered this Hellscape gate beauty! At only $39 this 6" tall sculpt with a working drawbridge was irresistible!

That Hellscape and Den of Evil stuff is gorgeous! Once my wallet stops whimpering so annoyingly, I know I'm going to go back for a second round.

...Hoo boy, this is going to be a long and expensive 6 months.

I am Troy Lenze on Kickstarter. Not sure I made an impression, but I still enjoyed the KS and the comments. :)

spent most of the day preparing for gaming session tomorrow. I am running "Return to the Temple of Elemental Evil" for my sons group. printing up the the tiles for the Moat House (which I could do if I had my DF tiles, getting the background info that the group has gathered.

I found a great color layout of the Inn from the game, printed it up and put it in with the players info. my son takes one look at it and says "so we are going to get attached in the Inn!" I told him no, it was just background stuff. he then text his buddy and tells him they are getting attacked in the Inn. It will drive him Bat Crap Crazy when they don't get attacked.

TK 266 - One of my favorite short adventures took place in a run down mansion. Every door, hallway, alcove and room filled them with expectation. The fight happened as they opened the door to leave (an hour into the session). Coming in were the werewolf gang members as my players were exiting. Up to that point I had them "bat crap crazy" as you put it. Keep 'em guessing!

sound like fun and must have been cool for the folks who signed up to play.

My gaming group made it through the first level of the Moat House in Return to the Temple of Elemental Evil. found a great map online (www.dcyale.com/dnd/maps.html)for the Moat house and dungeon. printed it up last night and taped it together. When it was reviled the group was all Oohs and Ahhs. Let me know how big a hit the DF tile will be in the fall.

Is there any word on the dungeon entrance being added to the add-on list?

I'm curious on that as well. Would it be considered IF the total (after pledge manager with additional add-ons) brings us over the $2M mark? :-D

A penny for your thoughts? ;-)

Hey everyone. I lurk the forums rather than post often, but thought I'd chime in as well. Am John Gunter on Kickstarter. I'm glad they ran the Kickstarter, especially including the non-painted version of the tiles! I do prefer to paint my own, but don't have a lot of time to cast my own pieces!

Part 2 of my DF investment begins soon.
Investing in paint, magnifier lens, etc. and learning how to paint worth a crap before October!

Figured I would pop in and say hello. Very happy to see how well dwarven forge did with this. I had not even heard of their products until stumbled on the kickstarter. Very glad that I did as it turns out (Even if my wallet isnt)

Now to wait...
