Hi All,

I confirmed my order initially and all was well but I've now noticed my 2 x Curved Wall Pack (Expertly Hand Painted) disappear. Considering I've spent $2390 and $140 has dropped off I'm really really upset if I'm going to miss out because of some strange glitch. The whole order is correct except for this one issue.

Is there any way this can be resolved considering this has now been locked out?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Jase,

Don't worry man, we will absolutely figure your issue out...must be some sort of glitch or else nothing to worry about (your order is fine) Bio wizard is right, please call Jeff during office hours and he will get it all straightened out for you ASAP....you will get what you pledged for...don't worry:)

A quick shout-out to Doug Martin @ Fundafull for sorting out my issue. Special thanks to biowizard, Stefan and Jeff from DF who all pointed me in the right direction.

NOTE: See below for explanation of issue and the reasons why. A good point to double check your order on FUNDAFULL and ensure everything is still as it should be. Mine had changed since the lockout.

Hi Jason,

Your order displays correctly now - there was never a problem in the database but rather in how the order was displayed in the browser.

Last week we realized that the stocking code we use internally for the curved corner pack had a typo in it and we fixed it earlier this week.
However we didn't fix some corresponding code in how the order was displayed for that stocking code in the browser and thus it was skipped when the items for the order were listed. The browser maintains its own idea of what the balance is by adding up what it shown for the order so that is why you saw the $140 positive balance when the curved corner pack was missing.

Checked my order just now. It displays correctly, which includes two corner packs among other items.

Same here. I looked and it seems to be all right and mine includes corner packs. :-)
