Accessories are Resin or Dwarvenite? 1 Year, 6 Months ago
Just curious if the accessories were made of Resin as previous or Dwarvenite?

I'd imagine Dwarvenite, but hadn't seen it listed anywhere, and then started to think that that would be really heavy...

Thanks in advance!

Stefan stated dwarvenite, which is good because I need the indestructible.

Dwarvenite/pvc is 25% lighter than polystone/resin. I remember seeing Stefan stating in the comment section of the KS that some accessories might be dwarvenite, others polystone.

It's lighter! Didn't notice that. Cool. :)

Will there be a break down of what is what material?

I hope most of the pieces are Dwarvenite- a big part of my interest for this set is letting my son play with it eventually. At this point he would probably chew on it a bit and maybe throw it at the cat. In a couple of years though, he'll probably be better suited for it.

Make something idiot-proof and someone will just turn around and make a better idiot.

I have the same small-child perspective. Fortunately Jeff confirmed in the KS comment thread that evrything will be Dwarvenite. Yay!

I honestly prefer the resin based pieces, but get the fact that a cheaper line is needed for expansion of the market. It also allows us to get some that are easily transporable. It is hard to pack 45+ boxes to bring to a con or a game.
