I'm sure you'll dive into details when the Floor Pack is unlocked, but I'm like a kid shaking his presents before Christmas.

The "Floor With Stairs" piece sounds like it's a standard flat floor piece with a suggestion of downward stairs on it. It sounds very cool, but it doesn't actually physically span levels in any way, correct?

The 4x6 floor panels sound great for creating multi-level structures (thank you!) but there don't appear to be any true level-spanning stairs as of the million dollar stretch goal. Do I need to stock up on non-Dwarvenite DF stairs before there's a run on them or should I sit tight, keep my fingers crossed, and wait for a post-million-dollar stretch?

Hello Numfar, I cannot answer your question with any real certainty as until Stefan or Jeff release the actual images, we are all in the same 'not sure' boat....

The 'original' line had a floor tile that cleverly recessed downwards to represent a 'Down' stairs.

Just like this:

This shows 'KS Dwarvenite Floor Tiles (Like we will all get from the KS campaign) and one 'Old' (greener) polystone/resin tile. (Pretty good match but not seamless)

Hope that helps.
(Take a look through the 'Products' button up the top of this page and have a look at some of the older type of 3D terrain that has been released in the past. Many of these can only ever be available via the more expensive 'Polystone/resin' vs Dwarvenite - but it gives you great ideas and possible future KS tiles and add-ons)

I gather you have already seen the two part 'Up stairs' that really does get you to the next level!!
(There are other posts about getting many of the 'Out of Stocks' back in stock for later this year....)

Hope that helps.
