If it is the ones form the Ultimate Missions Books, no, if it is something new, maybe. chris West, the guy who did the art for the maps, has in the back of each of the UM books, a tile sized (2 actually) tile stock cardboard, that you cut up and each one has different items on it.

The First one RebelStorm had a Landspeeder (3x3), AT-ST (3x3) and lots of 1x1 things like, a Generic Astromech, some other droids, small piles of goods (crates etc) to add Cover etc where you want it, and if i remember correct one of the tiles was a Han Solo in carbonite.

The Clone Strike had an Ackaly, Reek, Nexu, and other things.

Given the pics that went up from Celebration III, I doubt there's a carbonite Han in the works.

Actually, I'd doubt it anyway. It falls under the "accessories" heading that I'd LOVE to see, but probably won't. I mean, it's not like he could have stats! ;)
"Han sits there and does nothing. Wait, roll for it -- natural 20. Yup, he sits there and does nothing. A fly lands on him. Next!"

:D

But I am looking forward to some of the others -- Tauntaun, Bantha, and Rancor, o my!

Han in Carbonite could actually work as a figure.

Faction: Imperial
Move 0
Attack +0
Damage 0

Commander Effect: Unique characters on this squad gain +2 to attack against Rebel characters (call it a morale bonus)

Make him low cost enough and Unique, and it could work. If you really want to make it interesting, make a rule that if an enemy character spends two consecutive rounds adjacent to him, he gets replaced with Han Solo under the command of the enemy faction (maybe at a negative to hit to account for the blindness.)

Anyway, my point is that there's a way to do it, assuming WOTC wants to.

I'd make it Fringe so that Anyone could use it, like Boba could have him, or Vader, or the Rebs could get him back...

Maybe not a Commander Effect, but just some Special Qualities, like he also gives Cover
Targets hit can istead direct damage done to them to Han Solo in Carbanite.

But in the way the Scenrio they have in the books and boards i think it is a Scenerio piece you have to control him and move it about, who ever keeps lump-o-han the longest wins :)
