I think our primary problem here is that, with the exception of you, me, GS, Mike the IO, and two or three others, we don't get a lot of LOUD, POSITIVE feedback posted here in favor of Sci-Fi MM. As a result, Jeff and Stefan haven't gotten all that much drive to expand the Sci-Fi line.

We need SOMETHING, somehow, to get the Sci-Fi Gaming community to open up and post POSITIVE commentary here on the forum, so Jeff and Stefan can see that Sci-Fi expansion won't be a budget-breaker.

See ya!

Well, when the Star Wars Skirmish game came out I thought it would be the greatest thing to play it on the DF Sci-Fi stuff...AND IT IS.... I am really amazed that folks have not gone bonkers with it and want to use it no matter how much it costs, " I mean each person in the group could buy a set or two". The maps they have for that are great " I have to admit " to just slap them down is easy as can be. More can only be better at this point for Sci-Fi line as this would approach the usefulness and diversity of the WOTC maps. I only play it maybe once a 3 or 4 months when a friend and I get together after he moved out of town. Prepainted is a good plus for ease " but everyone knows that "

.38/.357; 9mm; I used to have some longarms, but since most shooting areas around my end of the state are GONE, except indoor stuff, I don't even have any except a home defense 12 gauge riot gun - which I have NO INTENTION to take to a range. That pistol-grip is not conducive to target work. Besides, you don't AIM a 12 gauge in combat; you just kinda, WAVE it in the right direction! #3 Buck will do the job.

Used to do some target compound bow, but that sucker was killing my shoulder (old car accident) so it went away.

But I can still qualify Expert on the PPC range. And that's WITHOUT the Laser Aimpoint for the Glock!

See ya!

VA has state-run shooting parks, where you can rent shotguns and compete in trap shooting.

whitewind the biggest down side i have to using DF with the SW skirmish/minis game is that while the set ups look great, there is some what of lack of stuff inside to provide cover and other things. And i have a bit of Grendel, Griffin Studios, Anisty, Armorcast, Hirst Arts, Antenociti and JR Miniatures acsessories to go into it to provide cover and terrain effect etc. (even some scratch buitl stuff). And i want more...

I have to say i want some sized with DF, pre-painted Accessories to go into the set up.

I would love to get something that is similar to the table that is in the RotS starter, or

Let me second GS's request here. :D
Like I have never done so before, right?

GS is correct though, the DF SF MM Acessory set(s) are truly, desperately needed to make the Sci-Fi Master Maze MUCH more attractive to the non-current user of Master Maze.
Those sets and the further expansions to match the variety of pieces in the Fantasy MM will translate into much greater sales of Sci-Fi Master Maze.

I've painted a few things " mostly what I've had lying around " but I have to admit we hardly get o play anymore. I'll echo that I'd like to see some floor stuff that you can climb on, in and around. Yeah, that would rule. Almost every sci-fi ship or hanger type film I've seen has exploited a duel level area that they inevitably get into some sort of " conflict ". The new large altar with removable floor section that is coming out for the DOE set would be my first pic for some sort of sci fi accessory remake. Emphasis maybe on free standing things that have flat area on top so you can climb up " if you want to ". I mean we already have the stairs to reach up there. LOL.
