Yeah i have heard a reputable rumor of May 25th as the release date for the next set. Considering what date that is it makes perfect sense. There should be TONS of SW stuff hitting the streets around then.

Yup, if you go to the WOTC site, you should be able to find some info about the update -- I'll see if I can find a good link. The game will feature square bases to set it apart as a 30th anniversary set, and it will feature a lot of cool minis like a Spirit of Obi-Wan, which has been shown already.

It's going to be a VERY neat set for fans of the original trilogy....

The new special Floor tile is up. While it kind of looks like it may have had acid or something that ate through it (would have been niffty in the AvJ set up). I am going to use it for a Lightsabered hole ;)

Is it just me, or is there possibly a preview in that picture of something we haven't seen yet?

In the lower left hand corner it looks like there may be a new/different floor? anyone else seeing that?

GS,

Looks like an unfamiliar piece to me. Maybe a 1x2 floor?

My guess would be that it's a Hirst Arts piece, but I don't recall seeing that on any of Bruce's molds....

I don't think it is a HA piece, there is nothing like it on any of his stuff, and it doesn't really look his style. The grid pattern is just way to detailed, it would be Extermely hard to get that to come out in a PoP mold, all of his stuff is a bigger pattern, the skid plates he has are huge compaired to those. I think we accidentally? got a sneak peek of something. I like the look so far wonder what else there is to it.

Er, whoops, no it's not my picture...
hope i didn't imply that.

I just dropped a link in from the Auction Griffin Studios has up on E-bay. I figured since a picture is worth a thousand words instead of trying to describe the thing, i'd drop in a link. My bad.
If it where my stuff i'd come out and say it ;).

Oh.
Yeah, come to think of it, you aren't shy about admitting you have lots of goodies, so why would you fake it about that one?
Okay, we forgive you; you always have cool layouts anyway, so why shouldn't we cut you some slack?

See ya!
