i just bought 100 orc miniatures at ebay for 199 dollars. it's incredible, thats round about 150 euros. here in germany you get 1 warband for 78 euros. and that's what i got (described as in article):

* Four Commanders, armed with wavey-bladed pikes.
* Nine Champions/Leaders, armed with Orc Double Axes.
* 12 Berserkers (three different types), armed with triple-headed flails, morning stars, or greataxes.
* 22 Halberdiers (three different types), each armed with a Glaive, Halberd, or Ranseur, and bearing a shield with the characteristic Triple-Death's head symbol.
* 26 Archers, armed with bows and daggers. Details include actual strings on the figures’ bows!
* 27 Swordsmen (three different types), armed with fearsome Orc Talwars and protected by their tribe’s characteristic Triple Death’s-head shield.

no shipping cost and 4 d20 books...

*puh* just had to tell someone...no i feel better *g*

Congrats.
Great deals always need to go spoken of.
The sharing of good fortune with others is a time-honored behavior.
Again, congrats.

You are in Germany.
Sorry for the just "waking up" as to where you are located.

Might you know of anyone who would be interested in parting with some of their old Ral Partha 25mm BattleTech/MechWarrior figures?
The best luck I have been having acquiring these figures are from European gamers.

I am looking for a fair number of those figures.
Most North American sources of these figures have dried up on me.
Please PM me at your earliest opportunity about this matter.
Thank you!
Have a great day!

Have you tried www.ironwindmetals.com? They're the new supplier of classic Battletech minis and they appear to have resurrected a lot of the old sculpts and added some new ones as well. They'd be your best bet.

Actually CK, they are no bet.
Iron Wind has refused to produce any miniature that was discontinued by RP before 1995 regardless whether or not it had legal reason for being discontinued.
This line was just slow sellers, but IWM says it is too much effort to cast any miniatures from that period despite my offer to pay for three full spins of certain figures.
RP only produced this line of figures for eight months past the change to Ralidium back in 1992 or so.
I would have to pull out some old RP catalogs to tell you exactly what year that was.
I had a standing order for a catalog since the late 80s so I have them all for a bit over ten years or so.
Any way, thank you for the referral CK.

It should not be too difficult.
Evidently, Ral Partha Europe, which still exists, produced that line of figures for years past the time that Ral Partha U.S.A. stopped.
From what I have heard from Europe is that there are even stores with good supplies of this figure line, but I have a bit of a language problem when dealing with these folks - I speak abysmal German and French!
Additionally, I am American and I am here in Western North America, not on the Continent.
Any quality assistance from my brethren on-here that live on the Continent would be greatly appreciated.

I was wondering about these as well. I picked up a small packet of these cheap on ebay and a pack of dwarven forge skeletons as well from the same seller. The orcs of triple death were identical to the ones I bought from Dwarven Forge directly, down the dwarven forge copyright on the bases. The packaging was also identicall except for the dwarven forge backing card which advertised mastermaze products ont he rear being replaced with a multifold paper with d20 rules for the orcs. These are clearly the same orcs just (partially) repackaged.
