OMG TELL ME YOU'RE MAKING RATMEN!!!

If not, I'll have to scoop up some GW skaven minis. Oh, who am I kidding - I'll get both! ;)

I can't wait for this sewer set and the rat dude is exceptional as well. I just finished reading Gregor the Overlander (a gift from one of my students) and the rat fits so very well with the ones portrayed in the story. A simple but enjoyable read. Bring on the sewers!

Wow. Stefan, I really made you spill a lot of beans, as you often say! Go gremlins!!!

Sandra is going to sculpt ratmen for Dwarven Forge! Great!

You are considering making this Set in Dwarvenite, launching another KS just for it? That will please a LOT of people. I'm in, whatever the medium.

I looked back at the Cavern Rivers and Lakes pieces I already have and those pieces are thicker themselves than plain cavern floors. I never realized that until now. I guess it shows for the Sewer Set (unlike for the Cavern Set) because of the sharped angled bricks of the lip.

An alternative solution to have a flush canal full of clear resin could be to have thicker floor.

Sewers would work for a kickstarter because they'd look so awesome they'd be bound to suck in lots of people! I'm very impressed so far.

Looking forward to seeing what you can do to make some rooms too (pumping stations, overflow areas? For game aesthetics it can't all be passageway, even if architecturally it should be all passageway!

he,he,he....the way it's configured it is modular with regular dungeon tiles so you can make the sewer go right down the middle of your room if you want...leave the room through a passageway, snake about, have a large pumping station and then enter another room:)

this will probably be the third kickstarter...so we must have patience:)

And so...try not to deplete all your gold pieces on other kickstarters first...

now I must go back to drawing maps for Luke....

I'd still prefer to see caverns as the second KS. And if you're talking about water resin, I thought you were implying that that couldn't be Dwarvenite, so not sure if the sewers will work as well for the full vision that way.

But hoping that those ratmen are the tribe you mentioned earlier!

while i do like the sewers id have much more use for and use caverns more often than sewers. alot more of the setting i come up with would take place in natural caverns more often than sewers so id put my vote for caverns first thats also mainly cause i dont own any cavern sets either and have always wanted to. Either way ill be happy with whats next :)

Looks great Stefan, I can't wait for the sets!! One question though, the pics make it seem as though there isn't a 1" grid for minis to follow. Am I missing something? Is it related to you saying "it's 2'x 2" and smaller.."? I don't know what that last phrase means. :o
