TOPIC: Wall Clips

Wall Clips 1 Year, 3 Months ago
What do y'all think of (the possibility of) pre-painted plastic accessories designed to fit over the top of a standard straight wall piece?

I call this a "clip" but I don't picture it having any actual tension -- it would stay in place by virtue of shape and gravity, the same way a shirt hangs over the back of a chair (only solid).

This might be a good way to dress set-ups with gargoyles/grotesques, or torches, or icicles, or dripping slime, or tapestries, or spider webs, or...

What else could be done this way? Is this something you would find useful?

Love the idea. While you could get away with infinite possibilities, I feel like torch sconces and tapestries are the most likely to be used, and those would sell quite well. I've never been a fan of sticking pieces to the walls, but draping them over top would be fine by me.

Also, you could have a draped over set of shutters for window pieces in the Game Tiles set (to make them look like the window tiles in MBS) or even a "closed shutters" piece to put over a regular wall to fake a window.

It would also be a good way to get various scenery on basic pieces. Don't have MBS? No problem, drape over the "Inn" style clips, and it now looks like an Inn.

Very good idea.
Slime dripping down wall.
Tapestries.
Ice sheets. (I think someone has already made an ice sheet)

Prefer my weapon racks free standing.
Painted shields I just temporarily use blu-tack..

Found this image through Google images..

SOMEONE is already doing this for DF!!
I like the way the ice/slime/gloop hangs over the tile, especially the second in from left..
