Here's a good argument for a new Treasure and Magic Items set as well as new ANY accessories sets!

Yes, and note that the Treasure set is missing 2 pieces there, too!

A complete Treasure & Magic Items Set sold for $120.00 a month or 2 back.

I am heartened to hear Stefan say they're working on a new set (Treasures and Artifacts), but I still would like the old one too, and these eBay auctions end out of my price range.... :-(

I understand that it's a detailed set, and the factory will require a certain minimum number of orders. Maybe a limited reprinting of the set would be viable (with a higher cost per set to offset DF's costs/risk)?

Or maybe a pre-order program where we pony up a down payment or a commitment to order, and the order is sent to the factory only if/when the pre-orders reach a certain level?

I'm sure these ideas have been considered by Stefan and Jeff before, but these two eBay auctions may alter their thinking. And I know 2 auctions is not a statistically valid sample, but it's telling, just the same...

I completely agree! Getting these or a new equivalent package back in stock, even at a substantially higher price would be great! I would certainly buy a few!

Addicted to DF - Proud owner of 147 DF sets and counting = 126 new non-bowtie sets, and 21 older bowtie sets! By some miracle, I have managed to avoid wife aggro so far...

Boy, am I glad I bought 3 sets of these when they were still available! Couldn't justify spending that kind of money on such a small set no matter how good it is. Guess there must be some hard core collecters out there.Almost wish I'd kept the packaging to sell one on at $250!!!!! :)

I collect GW Warmaster and have seen similarly mental prices for things like oop Chaos Norse Marauders and Daemon Cavalry on e bay.

I would like to add my voice to the chorus of "more accessories please"

The funny thing is that last auction started at 80.00 buy it now and someone bid on it within the first two hours.

Good heavens, why?

I like the DF accessories, mind you, but when it comes to treasure piles and whatnot, Reaper and Scotia/Grendel do some great ones. Given that it would take all of a few moments to paint them gold, I cannot for the life of me see why someone would pay that sort of markup.

Really, guys, if someone wants pre-painted treasure piles that badly, I'll paint some up for you for under $100. ;)
