weaverjk, you seem to be missing some items in the individual cavern pieces area.
I believe this is the case because DF does not have them listed anymore as individual pieces, but I have purchased them before from places including directly from DF.
They are the following as described from one of my Dwarven Forge invoices:
020-CPD Cavernous Straight Passages, set of 4 $16.00
020-CPL Curved Cavernous Passage $8.00
The Cavernous Straight Passages are Cavern's version of Sci-Fi and Fantasy's short passages.

Why do you have the DWF notation in front of the individual pieces from sets 017, 018, 019 & 020?
My invoices do not have them listed that way.

OH, DUH!!!
I just noticed that on one of my non-Dwarven Forge invoices that it has that notation on each Dwarven Forge item including sets.
It must be an inventory aid that retail stores and/or game distributors use that Dwarven Forge does not.
Maybe you could change this on your master spreadsheet, yes?

BTW, did you delete the "Missing Sets 01" line on line 16?
We know that set to be the 30 Short Passages Set which you have on line 8.

Hope any of this helps.

Well I think the tile on the photos is the twisted cavern to fantasy passage conversion from the Cavern set (it is almost not noticeable that it converts to a Fantasy passage, you have to take a close look to recognize that; and that is good so, because it can be used to convert to cavern passages as well without creating a noticeable change to Fantasy). The second twisted conversion (with the water puddles) comes from the passages set and in fact converts to a cavern passages. Both tiles look a little similar from a far distance, but the fist one is twisted a little more and has no water puddles in it.
The corner conversion to Fantasy passages is another tile from the Cavern set (in fact like a corner piece with an attached archway leading to a noticeable Fantasy passage.

I wasn't sure whether or not to include the DWF. About half of my boxes have that directly in front of the following number. I was hoping for feedback to see if we wanted it left in or taken out.
I figured the same, that the boxes had the label more for the Retailer's sake. So, if we are all agreed, I'll remove the DWF from the Model Numbers.

I do believe I deleted the Missing Sets 01, Yes. I hadn't realized that I had had it as the real set.

Thank you for bringing the missing pieces to my attention. They are so hard to find that I don't own any of those individual sets and they aren't on the DF web site anymore so I overlooked them.
I found some on a French web site, but I'm so utterly in trouble with finances right now that I keep forcing myself to close the page instead of hitting Submit on an order.

I also realized last night that I haven't added any of the Cavernous River or Lake pieces as well as the entire breakdown of the Sci-Fi boxes (as I don't own any). So, my task for tonight is to go add all that stuff and break things down as best I can (Thanks again BH1 for the above list).

Okay...I'm still looking for feedback. :) Do people like/dislike the columns B&C which are hidden in Draft 005 on the Piece Sets, Pieces and Sets, and Pieces Completely Broken Down sheets? Would you like them to be deleted? Would you like them just in case but leave them hidden?

Would you like to have, for your options, all three of the Piece-related sheets and you can hide what you don't use?
Or should we keep only the Pieces - Completely Broken Down sheet since it'll contain everything that exists on the Piece Sets and "Pieces and Piece Sets" sheets and a whole bunch more?

The other item I'm still hopeing to receive feedback on is this:
Another question is whether you'd rather see items lised exactly as they are on the DF web site or if you'd rather seem them like "Stair, Upper and Lower," "Stair, Upper," and "Stair, Lower" so that all of the Stairs are grouped together. Of course that means things like walls would be "Wall, 2" Long" and "Wall, 6" Long."
They way I've been sorting my list is by Genre, Sub-Genre, and Description. So, if you list things they way they are on the DF web site, Upper Stairs and Lower Stairs will be separated by several other entries between L and U. If we list them as Stairs, Lower and Stairs, Upper, they'll show up next to each other in the list. Then do we list the set as "Stairs, Upper and Lower" or "Upper and Lower Stairs," the way it is on the web site? Okay, just food for thought. Since I want this to be as easy to use as possible for as many people as possible, I'm just hoping to find out which the masses think would be better for them. And I'd like to have this figured out soon so I don't have to go back and re-do everything later.

Thanks,
JKW

P.S. I'll surf some web sites tonight to see if I can find any other sets I have missed. Thank you again for the help folks.

***BACK FROM THE DEAD***

Does anyone know if there is an updated version of this spreadsheet? It's labeled as 1.03 final, but it's out of date with the latest products.

Did anyone ever update the spreadsheet I created?
Did anyone ever come up with their own spreadsheet or database?

I haven't made time to teach myself MS Access or SQL, but I now work with someone who knows MS Access very well.
He's in the middle of final exams and has a busy home life, but I hope to be able to wrangle his time this summer or fall to work on creating an MS Access for the DF Inventory.

Is this still something which is needed?

Many thanks,

John
