How's it going gang! It’s been a while. We’ve been busy with work and our free times been spent building the new game hall. But, we’re almost finished! I’ve posted a link to the Acaeum (the D&D collecting forum) below where I posted a thread with some pics of how the project is going. I’ve been lurking around here as well and all I’ve got to say is awesome! The pics, the paintjobs, the imagination…you guys rule! I’m happy to be back and hope to be posting regularly.

The build below is our first play test using Star Wars miniatures with the D20 system. It’s an attempt at an Imperial Power-Generator Station. We’ve been running combats to familiar ourselves with the rules, so I set up this build to run a few. We scored a couple of hundred SW miniatures with a nice discount from locals already bored with them  :D . It’s great because we wound up with alot of storm troopers and rebel guard, 40 or so each, as well as a bunch of other essential doubles. I’ve been enjoying the new mins, as well as building with enough SF pieces after the discount sale! Again great to be back!

 holy crap IO!

first question: can i move in? i could easily sleep on the floor under the table. i'm really neat, i can cook, and i've got a few sets of DF...

if the answer is no, then...

2nd question: you think if i was a doppleganger, would i be able to fool all your loved ones if i locked you in a dungeon and took over your bad ass games room?

seriously though, this is the ultimate set up. congratulations. one day when i'm not a starving musician...

forgot to mention, this set-up is awesome. i'm not a SW guy myself, but this is awesome. makes me think i need some icy hills. winter's coming in my d&d game...

The towers are two tall electric ones from a toy "city worker set" that I repainted. Their nice because they can be taken apart, and I’ve found several other uses for them as in this case.

Yes they are. We ordered several times from the “Mountain Man and it’s really nice stuff. I’ll also add that his terrian is very durable as well for being Styrofoam. It’s the best my friends or I have ever owned. I beleve he uses a higher grade foam.

BTW, thanks for the complements guys. :D
