@brvheart Please be more considerate about what other people might feel is a good investment for them. To each his own.

biowizard I have seen similar pieces go for $30-$40 on Ebay and Etsy so, no these are very overpriced IMHO. But, hey he has the right to ask whatever price he wishes and anyone has the right to pay it. Just don't call it an "investment".

As far as I know this is a custom created, limited run piece by Keeblerorc so while it might bear some resemblance to other pieces you have seen before it's not a mass produced piece. I think those are important considerations in the pricing.

The water fall is even cooler in person and I do not regret spending one dime of what I have spent on Keeblerorcs Mods. They are well made and I could always get what I paid for them, but besides that my players are worth it. The wide eyed "oh my goodness!" moment when they discover the cavern behind the waterfall. Or when the frog in the pond becoming the Epic All Frog. You cant really put a price on it. Well I guess you can and its 125.00 lol! That's not so bad, I have a dwarven forge corner piece converted into a toilet that could maybe fetch twice that price. For 1 corner piece. It is a mod made by Bombanat. The art of gaming builds, is like any other hobby I suppose. I can throw as much money at it as I want and I still wont be as good as Feymous! (That list is actually really long) :D Happy Hunting friends!

Oh John... you do know how to tempt me...

I have to be good. I way overspent on caverns and now i am taking 3 saturdays off work for family stuff and that is a big hit to my income (i only wait tables 3 nights a week, so missing saturday hurts). Hopefully these will still be around when you start moding caverns tiles and i can place an order then...

I have to admit, i would want it open and i am bothered by the idea of moding your custom piece - YOUR work may be worth $125, but my mods of your work???

I have bought some "painted" pieces off ebay and have to say that so far, Keblerorc's have been the most consistant and highest quality for th emoney paid. I have bought some cheaper stuff and then gave it away because it was so bad. It takes time to make custom work that looks good and fits into existing DF tiles. Time has value and if someone spends quality time on their work I expect to pay quality prices.

Just a different point of view to the subject.

Hey Guys .... Thanks for all the positive feedback, It is always nice to hear from people that have bought stuff from me that they are so happy.... again.... Thank You!

To address a couple comments....

Vlad.... Your Frog is Epic and we would love to hear more of the All Frog.... no......w Hop to it and Post some stories....

Brvhurt.... If you guys find those $30-40 Pieces.... please let me know and send a link... I would really love to learn from their work and maybe improve my abilities.

Dafrica.... You da Man Buddy.... You da man!

Kitenerd.... Please don't take this as a Temptation but as an option I cut out the back cave entrance area and did this one as a prototype option Should you decide you want one down the road just let me know. I have more faith in your abilities to do Mods but I can understand not wanting to modify a mod.

Did you change the color on the water? The colors on the first photos were a little intense for my taste, but I really like this paler look!

that waterfall is awesome...mine is much simpler.....

oh, and here in NY, If I take my girl out for dinner and drinks I easily spend $125 or more...but the next day and forever afterward there is no waterfall....tickets to a ball game, or a play...I don't even want to talk about it....

Agreed. It was cool before, but with the lighter color on the water and the space behind cut out, it looks way better. Now it just needs some LEDs. ;)

@ Magniopi .... Yes sir, these waterfalls are a little bit lighter but the photos were shot with about 50% natural light so the colors are much closer to real world where the First photos were shot at night with all synthetic light .... so the color is more intense and deeper saturation in the blue range. At first I thought the lighter water was to dull but it really loos like water now.

@ Stefan .... Thanks for the compliments and praise its especially nice to hear from Zaltor... I personally cant wait to get the GT Waterfall pieces as it is a modular piece to directly work with the cavern stuff I so heavily sponsored and your right $125 doesn't go far these days. You have been an inspiration to all of us.

@ Tattooedtoad .... Now that's what we are all wanting to see.... "Creativity"
Rather than complain about someone's price.... Make your own! Yesterday I used a 40% off coupon at Michael's to get an 8 Pound Box $51 box of Sculpey Original for $31.... If someone is careful and not to wasteful they can make at least 8-20 pieces from a box .... not only save money... but have FUN! and have original pieces like Tattooedtoad. I Love your Piece's

@ Shadaraman ...... I think this piece will have to do without the LEDs as there just isn't any room in the base due to the bottom having the pool in it.... but many of my converted DF Cavernous passage pieces have torches in the ends... so that will have to work in this case.
Also... I agree with you I like the lighter color myself as it kind of grows on yah.
