That is, hands down, the most imaginative, amazing, spectacular display I've ever seen. Almost looks like a brand new set, DF could list that on the site as "Sewer Set" and I'd want to order it. There's just so much to love.

I think my favorite part are the curved passages turned on their side. But the bridges are great, too, as are the ledges. The whole thing is just breathtaking. What did you use for the water? The prism effect is really great at suggesting oily, dirty, seriously polluted and messed up water. In the fantasy setting, it also suggests possible magic pollution.

And was that a mess of beholders facing our heroes? Maybe some lesser eyebeasties of some kind... Either way...

Very cool.

Great unconventional use of some pieces! (Same as with the Greek temple island.) I probably will not get as large an amount of DF to be able to duplicate anything like that, but there are ideas aplenty for building special items and combining them with the regular DF.

IO,

Nicely Done... And at the Expense of Sounding like a Parrot... I Really like the Idea of Using the Curved Passages as Duct Work... Interesting "Sewage" texture, though it looks more Magical than Nasty... In any Event it sort of reminds me of the Sewers in One of the Major Cities of Morrow Wind... (Don't remember the Name, the one with all of the Cantons in it)...

Over and Above any Other Comments, just let me Say on Behalf of your Players... "We Have to Fight What?"...

Wow! Thanks for the complements :D

First I have to admit there was only one Beholder and his minions, (20 Orks, and a rust monster  ) the guys added in extra mins when I was taking the pics. That murky/magical water is a funky metallic construction paper I got from the kids section of the art store. It works well for a swamp too.

So thanks again for the complements, and I’ll post pics of a catacombs/crypt idea I have soon.
