Addicted to DF - Proud owner of 147 DF sets and counting = 126 new non-bowtie sets, and 21 older bowtie sets! By some miracle, I have managed to avoid wife aggro so far...

After taking a look at the unboxing this is well beyond my skill set. I would have to have an advanced modeler assemble and paint it for me.

@Belakor Thanks for the comment. Yes, I am happy with the paint job.

@Brvheart I can certainly empathize with you. This is beyond my skills as well.

Here's a Mierce Miniatures Malacant painted by Seb - Imagine this in a dwarvenforge hellscape set!

So does anyone do this at a reasonable cost on this side of the pond?

At the risk of sounding flippant..... No

This is uber, uber, top end paintjobs and I'm guessing costing hundreds and hundreds of pounds each for the larger figures. It takes a top artist several days to create this level of blending and detail.

I usually pay between £20 and £50 for a figure and have a small but rather nice collection, but nothing like this. This is for someone who is blowing $1000 a month-ish on painting methinks!

Must....... earn...... more.....

Dave :)

Such Awesome painting is very inspiring, Thanks for posting.

I don't need a professional top quality paint job, but I need someone skilled with working with resin. $20-$50 I could afford once in awhile.

Another amazing mini (or not so mini in this case) by Seb. He never fails to impress me with his ability to capture the texture of each material, such realism!! Thanks for sharing Sorn, these are a great inspiration for an aspiring painter.

If you ever have the time and inclination, I'd love to see some of these amazing minis duke it out in a DF setup :)

Thanks for responding, guys! Your enthusiasm and positive remarks make the effort in sharing all the worthwhile. It is so nice to see others who love and appreciate these models as much as I do.

Here are some nice goblin/orc types painted by the very talented Jeremy Bonamant Teboul (JBT)-
