Hmm shall we start another thread and see how many of our co-collecters of resin toys would be intrested in sessions?

There is a free demo version on thier website that is not compatable with the sale version, and the manual for the full version is a free pdf download.

Aw, I've kinda liked having this thread as the place we're all hangin' out. It's gone beyond thread-hijacking to total loitering. I keep expecting DaggerdaleDM to show up with a hose and shout "Hey you kids! Get offa my lawn!" (or, alternatively, to say "This isn't a library! Buy something or get out!")

ah well.

BTW, I've been meaning to post pics, but my wife took the digital camera when she went to visit family in New Mexico. And she was supposed to get back on Sunday, but 15 feet of snow landed on New England. She was also suppposed to come home today, but like another foot is falling. So tomorrow is the current goal. Eventually, there will be more pics.

"Looks north".... and  sobs  for fellow forum members buried in snow. The only thing we get buried in here in South Florida is old people, taxes, and that occasional hurricane :? . I was born in South Boston and lived there for about half my life,…….man I don’t miss that cold….stay warm boys. 8)

Actually, in all seriousness, we got 3 feet in Boston, officially, or something close to it. That's a total accumulation including what had been on the ground already. Once the plows did their work, however, there were genuinely 6 ft high drifts in parts of downtown Boston.

They're saying 8-10 inches parts of the state for today, so in total there will possibly be some places who got 4 feet this week.

THAT'S

JUST

INSANE.

I grew up in south Florida myself, so this is all madness to me. Still, those 5-hurricanes-in-6-days back in September, they kinda shut me up about how much easier the weather is back "home."

Aha. So you guys got all the snow and just left a measly inch for everyone really far north!

Anyway, I went looking for carpets the other day and found a slightly different kind intended for dollhouses. It's seems to be a little thicker than the carpets in the pictures, which makes me wonder - how thick are they, exactly?

WillyPold,

Nice try... (Getting us back on Topic that is...<Grin>...), But I have to Say that Those Five Hurricanes in Six Days of Law's Comments really did a Number on this State... Anybody try to Buy a Tomato lately? ...<Smirk>...

Having Grown up in Hawaii, we had Every Natural Disaster Potential Except Snow Storms, But I have to Say that having also Lived in Illinois, And Kentucky, California and Florida, Texas and Mexico My Least Favorites are probably... (Drum Roll Please)... Earthquakes and Tornados... Mostly because there is so little Warning... Most other things allow for some time to Prepare...

Yeah... Tornados and hurricanes and earthquakes and stuff... Maybe I shouldn't complain, as we only get some -20 centigrade chills now and then and only occasionally a good storm... We had something _close_ to a hurricane a couple of weeks ago - mostly it helped cut down trees and shut down power lines...

This is a really quiet spot, actually. Maybe it's a little wet and it's pretty dark right now, with daylight for about 8 hours per day at the moment, but no funny stuff in the ground either. Kind of boring, really. :D

Well... I Guess I should be happy about Having "Normal" Daylight Hours, and not having to Worry about being Snowed in... Course at least if Power Goes out you Guys can Burn Stuff and Wear a lot of Long Underwear... The Worst part about losing power here, (Besides not being able to Post like a Mad man on the DF site of Course...<Grin>...), is that you can only get soo Naked when it it gets crazy hot, and that does not really cool ya down but so much, Of course we are land locked up here in North Central Florida so I guess you folks on the Coast might at least get those breezes... I Love Coastal Breeze...<Sigh>... But we do not get hit quite as bad by the Actual Huricanr Damage up here... So I'll take having to Lounge around in my Boxers!

So... About those Carpets...<Snicker>...
