I did the same work for this ice terrain than the mountains
it is very simple and fast

Looks like a water dragon from the McFarlane series.

Great ice terrain! And yes, a lot of those McFarlane dragons are awesome for D&D. I got several and am glad I did. I skipped some due to concern about storing them all, but I now wish I'd gotten some of the ones I skipped too, as they are now more expensive to buy.

As usual, I love the terrain, Tom. Very creative. That dragon is beautifully painted too! If that is a McFarlane dragon, damn, those are nice!

Addicted to DF - Proud owner of 147 DF sets and counting = 126 new non-bowtie sets, and 21 older bowtie sets! By some miracle, I have managed to avoid wife aggro so far...
