TOPIC: A wee village

A wee village 5 Months, 3 Weeks ago
My game was cancelled last night so I spent the time setting this up. Always wanted to do a village after seeing Tom's excellent examples.

That looks great! You have quite the variety of roofs. Where did they come from?

Thanks Jericho, VladTaltos, Kronos, and Tom! The roofs are from PMC Games and Hudson & Allen buildings (the tall peaked thatch ones and the tiled temple roof). I repainted some of the PMC roofs to look like the MB sets. I got lucky on the tall peaked roofs, they came as lift off roofs to the corresponding buildings. The temple roof I had to saw off as the building was all one solid piece of foam.

Very nice setup! I love that the buildings are varied and yet they all go together very well. Those roofs you found recently on eBay look great in use.

Very nice setup! I especially liked the unique roofs and the fountain. Since I don't have the roofs, I'll only be able to steal your idea on using the fountain for an outside wall. ;)

Thanks for sharing.
