Here are just a few pics from the current adventure we are running through 'King of the Trollhaunt Warrens'

I am running it at someone elses house so i have to pack all the DF pieces I will need in a few 'Really Useful' Boxes, it seems to be working ok so far.

Nice peaceful road into the town of Moonstairs.

The Trolls are eating a courier sent out from Moonstairs requesting help.

After a bit of investigating and bargaining they find the entrance to the Trolls lair.

Further into the warrens they come across some foul smelling Troglodytes.

One player couldnt make it so we tried to do a skype/iPad session, it worked ok but did slow things down a fair bit.

A pair of Nothics came bounding up and joined in the fight.

Deeper underground a large Dire Bear was sat in a corner gnawing on a large bone while a seemingly mad troll was talking to a huge pile of skulls.

Norrg doesn't like it when people come and try and take his friends off him.

Great set up! Love the skull pile! I see you have some of those 10' free standing walls from e-bay too :-)

(or are those the ensert walls from AB2?)

Looks great! I like how good the flipmat looks after you put some trees and DF on it. The dual level cavern looks cool, especially with that awesome skull pile! Did you make that?

Thanks for comments everyone.

@harneloot those walls are the insert walls from ab2 just stuck down with blu-tak so they don't fall over.

@arcarius2001 i didn't make the skulls they are from armorcast. Armorcast skull piles

I really like how those trees look. Are those woodland scenics or some other brand? Nice setups....

The trees are just some old Games Workshop ones that I used to use when I played warhammer.

Really great setup as is the norm from you. I too like the idea of skype or some other type of means for players that could not make game night. One thought to make it run faster would be to have the "NAT" (Not At Table) player only interact during Fights and puzzles/rolls. other then that he is run as a NPC and is just listening in and watching.

Addicted to DF - Proud owner of 147 DF sets and counting = 126 new non-bowtie sets, and 21 older bowtie sets! By some miracle, I have managed to avoid wife aggro so far...

Looks great! I like the way the Chasm set interacts with the Caverns sets in the multi-level setup - it makes it look really natural!

And I hope the players brought a lot of fire!
