Ender awesome set up ! is that the old Battlescape set you have there with all the squared out green terrain ? ive been looking to try and find an 11 foot squared up table cover for my Table. As much as I love my chessex 10 foot mondo mat.. I would perfer a green mat.
Also what action figure is that lil beasty you have in the areana ? Is it from the Mcfarlin line ? Im in need of a Figure to Represent a Golem made up from "Dead God parts" lol.

Very nice. It makes me want to pick up a few curved passage sets. Who
makes the buildings again ?

Addicted to DF - Proud owner of 147 DF sets and counting = 126 new non-bowtie sets, and 21 older bowtie sets! By some miracle, I have managed to avoid wife aggro so far...

Great looking setup Endar! And you did an outstanding job painting that Gendel portcullis to match the Dwarven Forge paint scheme.

thanks :-)
just curious...someone noticed the man hanging by his feet, down from the tower? :-D
is still alive, but his sentence is to be within reach of the monster for the duration of the show (the monster is chained to the center of the arena, so it can not reach the stands).

x DM-Ghost
the mat is a common railroad modelism mat, I've added squares with a green felt pen.
probably for this setup was better sand instead of grass...I will use sand next time.
yes the monster chained inside the arena, is from McFarlane.

x Jls304
the buildings are from a Manorhouse kit named Church with Bell-Tower and Cloister, plus few additional pieces.

Endar, I just noticed something. Is that a 4"x6" floor piece that you have modified for a ruined floor? (at the entrance to the keep) How did you do that? It looks very good.

Very, very clever! The paintjob is so perfect I just assumed it was an actual Dwarven Forge piece. I doubt I will be so ambitious as to do a reverse casting, I may just try it with some Hirst Arts floors instead.

about Manorhouse buildings, if someone is interested here some additional info..these stuff comes unpainted and unassembled, but I found that are really nice to use with Dwarven Forge in outside enviroments.
the post above on the Arena is the 5° of 6 on the arguments..
in the previous 4 posts on my blog, I builded with the same pieces many other configurations ((the 6° post is a paint tutorial)

1/6 Church with Cloister & Cathedral

2/6 Ducal Palace & compatibility with DF

3/6 Farm Estate/Farmhouse of a local LandLord

4/6 Compatibility with Games Workshop Fortress & Church under construction
