And I would go for the big one as well... If we only get one double-door type, for the sake of make it really different.

Greetings!

I could see my self buying a few doors and windows sets. The set might include big double iron doors, steel doors, broken or ruined doors, translucent colored resin magic force doors where the resin slides out of a portcullis type door frame but bigger! Curtains, Sliding panels, Drawbridge type doors, circular style doors, with different options of door inserts for the circular frame.

Stefan,

NOT to be a wiseguy (of either type, as in the "Joisey" definition), but I think the fans have given you your marching orders!

And, as far as Yansolo's creations are concerned, I've got quite a few of them myself (I'm one of his steady customers over here Stateside) and I can attest, he does GREAT work! (solo, quit BLUSHING! It's the truth, or I wouldn't say so.) If you can use a second sculptor, take a close look at him.

LOTS of doors, in various genres, is an EXCELLENT idea, and might be a good Accessory Set that would get DF over the top in a small, easy to ship set. Something like the Gamma Set for Sci-Fi -which, BTW, was an EXCELLENT product!!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of you, and I'm still waiting for my Glock to sell so I can buy you out of RotA sets!

I vote for: Big Doors. As in the grand entrance to a Dungeon or for a diorama with a giant coming through or guarding it...
I also like the Idea of a large Portcullis as the entrance or exit for a cavern set

That's really great!

My question to everyone is: would you guys prefer a door that is the same height as the walls (2") or would you prefer a really big double door like the one yansolo has shown?

Big doors. Big! Big, I tell you!

The thing is, the small doors are good if you're stacking pieces, but stacking pieces isn't all that practical for game play (especially when you consider that a lot of minis go over the 1.5" height of the walls anyway). If you're going to have multiple levels, they're usually going to be on separate parts of the table anyway. So, why not more accessories that give the suggestion of height? (Like those awesome tall stalagmites for the cavern sets).

More than height, though, I think we need a LOT of different kinds of doors. Little things like that really bring a dungeon to life. Steel doors. Broken doors. Curtains. Sliding panels. Double Doors. Circular portals. I want 'em all!

(I don't mean to sound pushy; I'm just excited about the possibility of getting more doors.)

I agree with all of the above. The doors have always been the weakest part of the sets (they do not look up to par), but I did like the door from the Starter set, but you have not had them in stock for years.

I would also like a new set of stairs, modular and larger. Something I could use to create grand stairs or split stairs, or even stairs leading up to a platform or dias. The stairs should be large enough to put minus on them. Even a modular circular stairs would be nice. Stairs and doors were the only pieces I have that I never thought were up to your standards.

But doors first!!! We need doors and lots of them.
