This is just the first sample off my friend's camera. We use colored lighting sometimes to add some atmosphere. The Green and Blue work best. On Tuesday we used red for the first time. It is a bit dark but it was pretty cool playing this way.

I'll probably be posting more pics soon, seeing as the friend with the camera has been going nuts every Tues. I am just waiting for him to email me more.

Very Nice Pic... I Love the Diablo-esque Hell/ Lave Red look of the DF Stuff, As well as the Shadows... And How does the Reading of Character Sheets, Resource Info and the Like Work out with it Being Dark?

It is a little tough with the red, the blue and green we use light up the room very nicely though.

We tried the candle thing as well. The only way to get any light in the actuall dungeon is to stick the candle in it. We use some plastic pieces so that isn't a very good idea.

I Hear ya... Plus I am Just too Damn Old to Squint at Rules or Character Notes in the Dark... I'm probably Closer to Needing a Magnifying Glass than I would Like to Believe... Maybe Since D&D is Getting Older and Since I am Barley a Decade it's Senior, they will Start Releasing the Convelescent Range Of Miniatures and Dice? You Know they Could Call it Grandpa Scale Or Something... The New GOL Huge Figures are about Right... Need More Storage Space of Course...<Smirk>... How about Seniors Discounts at DF?...<Chuckle>...
