Awesome set-up, though I have to ask again....

Are you showing us the whole set-up at end game, or do the players ee this whole thing when they first walk in?

I'm still struggling with how to orchestrate my DF set-ups - maximizing player surprise while minimizing set-up time during game.

THANKS!

This is the end of the evening. I bought a large peice of black felt and cut it into various sized squares and rectangles. I lay the felt over the rooms and reveal them when they open the door. I sometimes add a few paperbacks here or there and cover them up like they are a room. This keeps them on their toes. Felt is very cheap.

Harneloot,

As a suggestion here is what I do. I build it as they go through except for large pieces. I will have those with felt over them or built on a side table with a piece of thin plexiglass underneath it. I then attempt to slide the large room off the plexiglass, which 99% of the time it does not go how I like but it works. I sometimes give a map to the players and anything on the map they will see the setup. The map almost never contains a complete layout.
