I like the white bowls on the table. Are those home made?

the bowls came from a local Michaels, back in the wood crafts section, there are a bunch of little bagies from Lara's Crafts.
The bucket, the plates and a few other things that aren't in this set up i got one day for like $5-6.
I am using the buckets as large coal burners.

The frames i got from my FLGS which has a doll house section these were made by Island Crafts & Miniatures. i grabbed the images off the web, can't remember from where.

Figs are either DDM (think you can tell those) Railroad scale figues. or from Mega Minis, the MEM-90001 Town Folk 25mm miniature LOT of 24 D&D RPG under the $1.00 fantasy you can just buy that 1 figure if you want.

The pictures most likely came from Deviant Art, or Elf wood... I honestly don't remember, or just some random searches of Character portraits.
The frames i got from my FLGS which has a doll house section these were made by Island Crafts & Miniatures, i did a search for images i liked (i actually now have a folder with about 100 images of various fantasy landscapes or "people" some are elves, dwarves etc, that i saved for detail dressing like this.
I scaled the pictures down and glued them into the frames. Each frame has two pictures in it, glued on an edge opposite the other so i can just from the back peal it back a bit, then push the other in front so i can change the image. With 4 frames, i have 8 diffrent pictures i can drop into a set up... Now i just have to find a good way to afix them to the walls so they "hang". Right now they are just dressing for treasure hoards.

I imagined that these 4 adventures had just managed to kill the dragon in the picture, which was vain enough to have it's own portrait done, and they now have it as loot... no clue who the woman is... ;)

As i was setting it up this is what i was thinking.

Image 1-3:
The Heroes Hoard. Kel the Druid and a Duskblade sort the treasure.

Image 4
In the Main Hall the Lady Aresta signs on the small stage, while an invisible being stands watching the crowd.
Maybe protecting the ongoing card game? Two noble women share a meal and Onur the Mage finally gets a chance to scribe some scrolls.

Image 5-6
A look into Ryans Kitchen and bedroom. Prep table, and supplies line the walls and corners, but otherwise it is a large room for him and his wife.
A hatch goes bellow to cellars, where the locals say Ryan keeps his pile of treasure.

Image 7-8, 14
Ryan at the Bar, his wife Emma is picking up some of the brew, and in the corner you see the always ready pot of stew.
More of the Bar,

Image 9, 11
Onur and his scrolls, a mage can never have enough scrolls, a few local ladies have a meal served by Ryan and Emma's daughter, and a cloaked form listen to the Singer.

Image 10, 12
A local Nobel watches the door as he eats his meal, he appears to be waitign for some one.
Brothers of the God of Konwledge chat with the local scribe and record keeper.
Two more of the Heroes look at the larger view, and a map of the known world, are they planning thier next adventure?

Image 15 - 17
Hearth and Stew pot. Ryans is well known for it's supply of hearty stew.

Image 18
A mysterious form lurks in the corner watching the room.
Young Tim, Ryan and Emmas youngest son plays with a local dog, or maybe it is a Familiar or animal companion...

Image 19
Onur again, and the Hooded listener.

Image 20
The Final shot of the Hoard.
