A few of these pics don't quite fit in -- as I was experimenting I accidentally created a funky twist of corridors with water carving out labyrinthine chambers in the rock. Very neat effect, I thought, with chambers beyond chambers and rivers upon rivers. So I took some pics. Also, there's mushrooms.

L,

Once again I will probably steal your ideas on this one. Can you send us another shot panned out further or was the one overhead shot the entire setup? This looks fantastic!

Thanks, guys!

The overhead shot shows it all -- minus one tiny little cave (shown in other pics, with the blue shark people).

I have come to accept that my water setups almost always have to be open at the ends, because I don't quite have enough water pieces to enclose them completely. I do, but it then seriously limits what I can build, so... I tend not to.

Glad you like the pics!

The mushrooms are a Reaper piece, out of production. Such a shame they stopped making that piece, it was so great. I'm glad I got four of them! I've got one in orange, one in blue, one in a kind of light purple. I can't recall the last one. Maybe I only have three.

Must get organizized....

Iron Wind Metals carries some decent fungus.
ironwindmetals.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=133_134&products_id=3774

You'd have to modify the tree laced ones, but with a little green stuff it should be simple enough to turn the tree into a stalagmite.

Yes that fungus is way cool. So many reaper things are discontinued. I wish I was a more prolific painter and can keep up with them. Thanks for that link lawgiver, some good stuff there.. Hey is your user ID from MST3K?

Where are the awesome Sahuagin Lizardmen from. They look like they jumped right off the cover of the old U-series modules. Great work!

Nope.

I got the nickname "Lawgiver" from being the "religious zealot" and the DM/GM of our old gaming gang. Someone in the group made an off hand comment of, "speak to us Lawgiver" comparing me with spiritual leader from the Planet of the Apes and it somehow stuck (even though James 4:12 is still in play :D).
