The first section of the Howling Cavern has been explored. Ysabelle, the drow cleric, and her spider friends got squooshed by the adventurers, and the prize was found.

I had two of the previous players this week, plus three new players. Our band was Geraldo, tallfellow halfling rogue; Ogruk, half-orc barbarian; Greta Rakkirsdottir, a human barbarian (with Intimidating Rage); Crom, a Dwarf rogue; and Jason, a human rogue.

Note the complete lack of divine or arcane magic this time. Reserve points let you get by without a cleric in a pinch, though I was kind enough to stock the dungeon with a few potions of cure light wounds and one tin of healing salve (5 doses).

It was fun to watch the Dwarf overrun a skeleton warrior. That's the first overrun I've seen in the game, either as player or GM. It's good to try out new maneuvers.

Kradlo,

A really nice job on the setup!

And a BIG thanks for illustrating how to use the exposed corners you sometimes get when using the river and curved wall pieces.

Although I'm certain Stefan probably had this idea in mind all along, up until now I just thought they were a necessary compromise for modularity with no real use.

Seeing all these great setups on the forum has shown me that I really have to finish my ongoing projects soon, so I can start actually using my DF again.

Once again Kradlo, great stuff!
