When TSR was changing hands (bought out by WotC), several unnamed employees  ransacked the offices by grabbing what memorabilia they could get their hands on before receiving walking papers… Lots of longtime employees got the ax that day…

On the way out the door they also took down the two outside TSR INC. company signs. One broke in pieces and was discarded. And the other survives as you see it here.

I’ve spoken too many of the old TSR alumni who have fond memories of the signs. They where used at most of the TSR INC. locations in and around Lake Geneva, WI throughout TSR’s history.

Totally off-topic here, but . . .

I never realized that TSR was in Lake Geneva, WI.
NOW I know where Deep Purple REALLY wrote 'Smoke On The Water', and I suspect I know WHO the crazy with a flare gun may have been!
But I'm not going to name names.

Still crazy after all these years!

See ya!

IO,
Looking through the many post of yours and all the different set ups that you've done with all of the added accessories...I have but one question. If you were to guesstimate, how much would you say you have invested in all of your cool gaming stuff? Not sure if that is in bad taste to ask a gamer how much one has spent on all their cool little toys, but I just was real curious.

IO,

Beautiful lizardman temple, I'm glad I found it in the dusty old posts I hadn't read yet ;). Do you remember which sets you used to make the temple and where you picked up those nice canoes on the jungle river? Very cool indeed.
