All you have to do is use a program like PhotoHouse to reduce the pic.
Make sure you have it set on pixels, not inches or centimeters, in the editor and you will be able to have pics that you cn share.
Go ahead.
Try it.

Well, Unk;

I'm afraid Invincible Overlord still has you beat on dungeon layout, but You Da Man! on figures! That guy in front looks life-like enough to start swinging that pig sticker at ME! THROUGH the monitor glass!

I DO like the stacked pedestals as fallen bridge piers; how do they get from pier to pier; jump and hope?

See ya!

Great miniatures! And nice photo with the dark background. It makes the whole set up look real.

Wow...what a cool effect you got on that photo! Looks awesome. Also, another nifty tool to use with resizing photos and such is paint.net you can find it here www.eecs.wsu.edu/paint.net/ ...good luck and happy photo editing :).

well thanks for the comments folks .Its really good to know that you enjoy the pics.
ill try your advice on the pic resolution [thanks] and if it works out ill get some more pics up n running.
this pic uses miniature world maker rubber "sea mats " for the cavern river
the pedestles just kind of happened like some eerie stepping stone just to freak my players out.we took the pic under night time with 100 watt bulb somewhere off in da ambience and as for dem folks hopping cross dem cold cavern waters they are all real folks with real day jobs and upping da front is the noble and heroic "ERDUM" aka Eric whose leading their way into the dangerous depths of his own entangled cosmic fate.
a lil photo shop enhancement via erics left cerebral and [may I add] better half means dem torches are real in the viewer and that long dark blackness add the ambience up the notch that when I pull da latch on the secret walls and dem undead folks [like dem folks on the local underground train right here in hong kong] come boiling out with hatchets and spears a plenty, then I know the atmos dun the trick and dem pc's thinking of making a run for it BUT THERE AINT NO WAY OUT OWWWWWWWWWWW!!
take care
