Man, these look great. This is a pic of Fire Clan 4, and I think he looks STUNNING. They all look like winners this time, some of the best ones yet. Spawn.com has several pics of each one in the set. Very nice stuff.

Once again, these should be available everywhere, probably this fall, at about $11 each. A super-bargain!

OK, fine, here are the pics of the rest of the series -- if nothing else, I at least want to see them all in one place!

But the problem is none of these are Collosal... most of the McDragons don't even hit Garg let a lone Col, about 85% are in the huge size still.... collosal is Really big

True, true -- after seeing scale pics of the big red on the way, it looks to be MUCH bigger than a McF dragon.

Still, at $75, I wonder if that really matters. I mean, I may get one all the same, I'm that easy a mark. ;) But I could see why some people might decide that it just isn't worth it....

The size isnt that important on a piece that you probably would youse only once, and these ones are more beutifull than WotC ones even thought they arent out of MM... Hoppfully they will start new series on monsters/ demons or Giants! I am getting to many dragons:)

I can tell I was amazed by the WotC colossal red dragon... and then saw what it costs... man, how can the ask for 75$ when you can buy 4-5 mcFarlane dragons for that amount!!! I've decided not to buy the colossal. I want to say to them "hey! it's super cool, but you can't make me pay whatever you want me to pay. I would pay what I think it costs. Not a buck more". It's my personal punishment to WotC and my congrats to mcFarlane.

By the way, I'm making some Polimer Clay bases to play with the mcFarlane Dragons. They are greater than the WotC Huge Dragons, and I think they are just like the gargantuan. Or Almost. About the colossal.. well, it was going to be great but not whatever it takes. I'll probably use much more times the mcFarlane, and they are (I think) much better manufactured than WotC's ones.

The really sad thing is that the col. red just isn't as great as it could be. If they are going to charge that much, they really need to offer a product that justifies it. They didn't.

The removeable flame spout is a nice touch, and I think the wings look good, but the dragon is very awkwardly top-heavy, with legs that appear to be far too small, at least from all the pics I've seen.

I'll want to see it in person -- I feel that I should NOT buy one, but they may get the better of me....

My worry is that I'll not buy one and regret it later. I have to agree that $75 for the WotC is a little over the top compared to the detailed quality offered by McF. Maybe the price will drop? It's pretty early of them to make such a big fuss over the thing; maybe they are fishing for opinions about the price.
